### Frequently Asked Questions

 How long does it take to join Payeworx?

Joining is very simple and from application to live can take as little as 24 hours. However, we are experiencing significant volume at the moment, so please allow additional time. You can complete the [application form here.](https://www.payeworx.co.uk/forms/apply?hsLang=en-gb)

 Do I need to inform my end client that I have joined Payeworx?

No. As Payeworx will become your employer, we will engage with your end client/agency to recieve your funds directly from them. We will forward on our compliance pack to them, detailing our services and insurance documents.

 What happens with my IR35 status after a join Payeworx?

As you will be an employee of Payeworx, IR35 is no longer an issue as IR35 relates to contractors with Personal Service Companies.  Now that you are paid via Payeworx you will be subject to PAYE.

 Who do I contact if I have an issue?

You should be able to contact anyone within our team to assist you with your enquiry. Simply dial **01925 500 101** and we can connect you to the right team to resolve your issue.

 How do I refer colleagues to Payeworx?

Referring your friends and colleagues to Payeworx is simple. Go to our [referral page](https://www.payeworx.co.uk/refer?hsLang=en-gb) and enter your colleagues details. Not only will you look like a hero for introducing the UK's only solution to IR35 in your work place, you'll also pocket £150 per referral. 

 What happens with my limited company?

With changes to IR35, you may no longer be able to contract directly through your Personal Service Company. However, using Payeworx will enable you to continue to operate your limited company and maintain your financial freedom.

Therefore your limited company will remain as it is today with no changes necessary.
